I forgot my membership number and/or password:

Click the Guest Lookup button located on the menu above. You will be taken to a screen where you will enter the first and last name for the membership you would like to renew. You will then be able to either enter your password or click on the a link to create a new password or be sent a new temporary one if you have forgotten the one you have already set up. After the correct password is entered you will be able to review the information we have on file for the membership. Once you review and save that information you will be able to view the current pass or last pass number available for renewal.

I do not have a password already set up:

Click the Guest Lookup button located on the menu above and select your name from the member's list. Select the option to create a new password. Your new password will be emailed to your email account we have on file. If you do not receive your new password immediately please contact the memebership office at 770-992-2055 x225. most likely your email address has changed.

I do not have a valid email address on file:

Please call the membership office at 770-992-2055 x255

I want to renew at a different level:

You can not renew an existing membership at a different level. If you would like to make a change in your level of membership please select the continue shopping option from the menu above and purchase a new membership at the desired new level.
